Our process
Our process makes it simple from pre-construction to post-construction hand over.
Step 1 - Pre-construction
We’ll take your idea/design or early stage thinking to the right fit builder for consultation on design scope. At this stage we can work with your architect and design team or recommend one from our extensive network.
Our experienced team can assist with council approvals for designs and specifications. Our focus is on the right fit team, at the right price, delivered on time.
Step 2 – Quote preparation
We’ll present the best fit comprehensive quote from the builder, or trade team we recommend based on the design scope and specifications.
Step 3 – Contract
We’ll work with the builder or trade team as an advocate for you, to ensure we strike a fair balance between your needs and those of the builder/trade team. Our focus is execute with excellence.
Step 4 – Construction
We are your onsite team we will project manage all aspects of your build coordinating timelines, trades, and deliverables.
